Building Better Opportunities (BBO) with Bridge Northumberland
Need to boost your confidence and enhance your skills? Bridge Northumberland provides a voluntary programme to help people aged over 16 in Northumberland who are out of work to overcome barriers to training, education, and work. Aims and Objectives
Providing a dedicated Bridge worker who’ll be with you every step of the way, we aim to help you improve your confidence and develop your skills. The BBO programme includes:
- Providing One-to-One Support
- Helping You with Skills and Training
- Finding Opportunities to Unlock Your Potential
- Boosting Your Confidence and Future Prospects
Who Can Take Part?
Support is free through this completely voluntary programme, which is suitable for anyone who is:
- Aged 16 to 18 and Not Currently in Education or Training
- Aged 18 to 67 and Currently Unemployed
- Living in Northumberland
About Bridge Northumberland
Working closely with expert charity partners across Northumberland, Bridge delivers free services for participants. Since 2018, this partnership has successfully supported more than 1,000 Northumberland residents to achieve a positive outcome.
